As part of the regeneration of Marine Villas, the new exhibition space houses a marine aquarium. Stocked with marine life taken directly from under the Pier, this is a great way to see into the lives of the creatures that are swimming around beneath the waves.
Swanage Pier creates an unusual habitat for marine life. It has a micro-climate of its own resulting in a fascinating community of plants and animals that cannot be seen elsewhere.
