We have several old photographs and postcards for you to browse. They give a flavour of the building of the old and new Piers, the people who were part of it and the holidaymakers who enjoyed Swanage's heyday as a visitor resort in the early part of the twentieth century.

The End of the Boom Times

The Pier falls into disrepair in the late 20th Century until the Swanage Pier Trust takes over management in 1994. Repair and restoration begins.
