Part-time (20 Hours Per Week)
The Project Coordinator role is to support the Pier Trust and particularly the Pier Chief Executive in the critical 12 month period from permission to start to the successful re-opening of Marine Villas.
The role is to provide support and development through hands-on, active support to the CEO to assist with the appointment of staff, developing new visitor focused and commercial elements to the Pier’s operation. It is essential that the operational elements of the Pier Trust’s work are well developed and in place prior to the re-opening of the refurbished Marine Villas visitor centre. This is a temporary post for 1 year.
The Project Coordinator will liaise closely with the Pier’s Project Manager who will be leading on the construction works to Marine Villas and the repairs to the Pier structure.
